Lemoine Frame, 84, passed away Friday, December 23 in New Hampshire.
He was born Elvin Lemoine Frame on July 17, 1927 in Wayne County to Denver and Esther Duke Frame. He was raised in the Richmond area and was a 1945 graduate of Webster High School He served in the US Marine Corps and later attended Wesley College in Florence, Mississippi.
Survivors include his wife of 47 years, Mary Frame; children: Michael and Diane Frame, of Fountain City; Dee and Keith Ashbaugh, of Franklin, OH; Wesley Frame, of Winchester; Benita and Mark Sutton, of Williamsburg; Kimberly and Steven Horsburgh, of Hudson, New Hampshire; 14 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, 3 brothers, Dean and Kathy Frame, of Gaithersburg, Maryland; Darrell and Melanie Frame, of Hagerstown; Victor Frame, of Richmond; sister, Marcella Barton Topps, Cincinnati, Ohio; sister-in-law, Marie Frame Davis, Richmond and several nieces and nephews.
Mr. Frame was preceded in death by his parents; 1 son, Dennis Frame; brothers, Leonard and Lloyd Frame; sister, Kathy Frame.
A funeral ceremony will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, January 30 at the Smith & McQuiston Funeral Home, 321 US 27 South, Fountain City. Interment will follow in Webster Cemetery, with military rites delivered by the Wayne County Honor Guard.
Family & friends may gather for visitation from 10â11 a.m. Friday, December 30 at the funeral home.
