Mr. Jan Clements, 53, of Fountain City, passed away on Tuesday, June 20 at his residence.
Jan was born in Richmond, Indiana on October 6, 1963 to Kenneth B. & Sarah E. Arnett Clements, both of whom preceded him in death.
Jan was a 1981 graduate of Northeastern High School. He attended Ball State University. He worked many years as a graphic artist with Wearly Monument Company, where he hand-etched many of the personalized monuments seen in area cemeteries.
Jan was a good Dad to his daughters and enjoyed attending their activities and traveling together on vacations.
Jan will be missed by his two daughters, Kaitlyn Clements and Emily Clements, cousins and many friends including David Monger, Jim & Bev Hughes and Aron Tutt.
Jan’s life will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, June 26, at the Smith-McQuiston & Webster Funeral Home, 321 US 27 South, Fountain City.
Visitation will be from 2-4 p.m. on. Sunday, June 25, at the funeral home.
