Kenneth E. Williams

Kenneth E. Williams, 81, passed away Thursday, April 29, at Golden Living Center Oak Ridge in Richmond.



Born August 8, 1928 in Richmond, he was the son of Harry and Edna Waddell Williams. He graduated from Richmond High School and worked in manufacturing at the former Adam H. Bartel and Eaton Gear.


Mr. Williams will be missed by his sons and daughters-in-law, Jim and Vickie Williams, of Greens Fork; John and Tami Williams, of Centerville; and Joe and Anita Williams, of Richmond; 4 brothers, Leslie Williams, of Whitewater; Larry Williams, of Middleboro; Danny Williams, of Coatesville; Richard Williams, of Richmond; 2 sisters, Joyce Malicoat, of Brooksville, Florida; Judy Love, of Webster; 9 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, with 1 due next week, and several nieces and nephews.


Mr. Williams was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Caryl Williams; sister, Ruth Williams; brother, Roy Williams.


A funeral ceremony will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, May 3 at the Smith & McQuiston Funeral Home, 321 US 27 South, Fountain City. Interment will follow in Webster Cemetery.


Family and friends may gather for visitation from 2-5 p.m. Sunday, May 2, at the funeral home.
