Nash Alan Plankenhorn, infant son of Stephanie Sokol and Brent Plankenhorn of Fountain City, entered the Kingdom of Heaven on Tuesday, June 27, at Wayne Healthcare in Greenville, Ohio.
Nash will always be remembered by his mom and dad, his big brother, Pierce Lee Plankenhorn; maternal grandparents, Steve & Virginia Leah Sokol; paternal grandmother, Cheryl L. Farley; and his aunts, uncles and cousins.
