Raymond Dallas Reynolds, 89, formerly of Fountain City, passed away Thursday, March 21, in Brownsburg.
He was born May 31, 1923 in Fountain City to Roscoe and Pearl Anderson Reynolds. He was a 1943 graduate of The Indiana School for the Deaf. He married the former Genevieve Robbins on August 15, 1954. They were blessed with one daughter and 58 years of marriage. Mr. Reynolds worked 55 years for the Joseph Hill Co. in Richmond. He was a 60-year member of the Richmond Deaf Club.
Mr. Reynolds will be missed by his wife, Genevieve; daughter, Robin Mader, of Brownsburg; grandchildren, Josh (Lindsay) Cain, Darryl (Nichole) Cain, Cody Mader and Austin Mader; great-grandchildren, Addison Cain, Darryl Cain II and Brooklynn Cain; brother, Floyd Reynolds, of Richmond; sister-in-law, Maxine Reynolds, of Richmond, and several nieces & nephews.
Mr. Reynolds was preceded in death by his parents, 1 sister, Edna Luteran and 1 brother, Vierl Reynolds.
A funeral ceremony will be conducted by at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, March 25, at the Smith & McQuiston Funeral Home, 321 US 27 South, Fountain City. Interment will follow in Willow Grove Cemetery.
Family & friends may gather for visitation from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. on Monday, March 25, at the funeral home.
