Richard Williams

   Richard T. Williams, 75, passed away on Sunday, January 14, 2024 at Reid Health.

   Born February 19, 1948, to Harry C. & Edna M. Waddell Williams. Richard was a 1966 graduate of Webster-Williamsburg High School and Richmond Business College. He enjoyed a career as an accountant and was retired from Mideast Machinery Movers.

   Richard survived by his brother Danny Williams; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

   Richard was preceded in death by his parents; sisters Ruth Williams, Judy Love and Joyce Malicoat; and brothers Kenneth Williams, Leslie Williams, Roy Williams and Larry Williams.

   Family & friends are invited to a visitation from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 20, at the Smith-McQuiston & Webster Funeral Home, 321 US 27 South, Fountain City. A funeral ceremony will begin at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Webster Cemetery.
