Ruby Sharon Frye

   Mrs. Ruby Sharon Frye, 70, of Connersville, entered into eternal life on Sunday, October 14, 2018.

   She was born in Laurel County, East Bernstadt, Kentucky on December 3, 1947 to Raymond Young and Ida Mae Moore Young.

   She was married to her devoted husband, Wayne D. Frye, on March 24, 1987 in Jessamine County, Nicholasville, Kentucky.

   Sharon was one of the few people living that was the granddaughter of a Union Soldier, Frances Marion Young and the granddaughter of a Confederate soldier, Ezekiel Wardrup, veterans of the Civil War.

   She enjoyed spending time with her family and was blessed with two granddaughters she loved with all her heart.

   She was a NASCAR fan and enjoyed writing poems and doing Cryptogram and Sudoku puzzles.

   The loving hugs from her husband, prayer, and Faith in God got her through the hard times.

   She will be missed by her devoted husband of 31 years, Wayne D. Frye.; one daughter, Michelle (Darren) Tiemann; granddaughters, Jaclyn (Chris) Hayes and Heather Tiemann; great-granddaughter, Addyson Grace Hayes; step-children, Douglas (Elizabeth) Frye and Susan (Eric) Mosley; grandchildren, Alexander and Olivia Mosley; three brothers, Marvin Ray (Vickie) Young, Troy Wayne (Connie) Young and Ernest (Deb) Young; sister, Reatta Lewis; nieces, nephews and friends.

   She was preceded in death by her parents, son, Tommy Raymond and brother-in-law, Daniel Keith Lewis.

   Graveside services were held in Goshen Cemetery on Wednesday, October 17.
