Thelma Hildebrand

Mrs. Thelma B. Hildebrand, 72, passed away at 4:03 p.m. on Thursday, March 5, 2009 at Reid Hospital.


Born July 30, 1936 in Richmond, she was the daughter of Evard and Agnes Goodwin Winters. She was formerly employed in housekeeping by Reid Hospital and Holiday Inn. She was currently employed by Honey Bear Day Care Ministries in Richmond. She enjoyed spending time with family, doing crafts and going to garage sales.


Mrs. Hildebrand will be missed by her daughter, Brenda Horner (Gary) of Richmond; sons Danny Hildebrand (Rosemary), of Richmond and Bobby Dean Hildebrand (Kim), of Lynn; and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.


In addition to her parents, Mrs. Hildebrand was preceded in death her husband, Robert H. Hildebrand and 2 brothers.


A funeral ceremony will be conducted at 10:00 A.M. on Monday, March 9 at the Smith & McQuiston Funeral Home, 321 US 27 South, Fountain City. Interment will follow in Earlham Cemetery.


Family and friends may gather for visitation from 4-7 P.M. on Sunday, March 8, at the funeral home.
