Tom J. Luginbill, 67, of New Paris, Ohio, passed away Friday, March 22, after a lengthy illness.
He was born June 30, 1945 in Bluffton, Indiana to Arthur E. and Justine Collins Luginbill. He was formerly employed at NATCO in Richmond and was retired from the National Trail School District.
Tom will be missed by his wife, Jo Luginbill, of New Paris; son, Allen Scott Luginbill, of New Paris; daughter, Charlotte (Tom) Osborn, of Leesburg, FL; grandson, Derrick Allen Rubush; granddaughter, Krista Nicole Rubush; step-grandson, Daniel Cordine, of Richmond; great-grandchild, Kaiden Allen Rubush; brother-in-law, Jack (Betty) Banta and sister-in-law, Carolyn (David) Holt, all of Cambridge City. He was the beloved uncle of many nieces and nephews, and a friend to many including the New Paris Gospel Church family.
Tom was preceded in death by his parents, his step-mother, Louise Begley Luginbill; brothers, Rex and David Luginbill; step-daughter, Debra Cordine and mother-in-law, Jeannette L. Hunt.
A graveside ceremony will be conducted by Rev. Gilmer Smith and Rev. Don West at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 26, in Chester Cemetery.
